There are costs associated with running the website. Currently it is hosted by me and is free. Although it will be moved to a hosting company in April paid for by East Bergholt.

However, we should still secure the site which requires a certificate at £50 / pa. This should be added to the costs.

Also I suggest we make an allowance for other ancilliary costs, e.g. reprsentation at meetings, etc. Perhaps £200pa
